This Summer Football camp in Cork offers a great opportunity to experience working as a team while discovering and sharing the values of football and Valencia CF. The training sessions will be developed in English and hosted by professional coaches. Students will develop their co-operation, teamwork and physical skills as well as learning to respect others.
From an academic perspective, this programme combines football coaching with English lessons in Cork as well as other entertainment activities. Classes are interactive and the main focus is on improving the students’ ability to communicate and expanding their vocabulary.
Students will visit Cork’s most famous landmarks, including the English Market, Patrick’s Hill and Oliver Plunkett St while using the sports facilities of Cork Institute of Technology. Students will also take part in day trips each Saturday to locations of historical or cultural interest outside Cork.
Homestay: Students will reside with carefully selected Irish host families and experience the truly kind and welcoming Irish hospitality while living with them. They will enjoy breakfast and dinner with the host family during the week and full board every weekend.
Residence: Student residence complexes include 24-hour security. Students can stay in single or twin rooms. Each apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen and a comfortable living area where students can share time together and engage in friendly conversation.
