Terms & Conditions (T&C):

1. Bookings

1.1 All bookings must be made online through our website. If you prefer to book by pone +353 83 1046506 or email booking@eazycity.com an EazyCity team member will assist you. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

1.2 Once your booking is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Please save this for your records.

1.3 Ensure the contact details you provide are correct. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect information.

1.4 If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact us immediately. Note: Your booking is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation email and full payment is made.

1.5 For payments made by bank transfer, please send us the proof of payment. Your booking will only be confirmed after we receive the full payment.

1.6 To book accommodation with EazyCity, please see the conditions below:

1.6.1 Cork: Self-Catering Accommodation

  • To book accommodation, you must pay a booking fee, 4 weeks' rent (minimum stay), and a security deposit 1 month before your arrival.
  • The booking is confirmed once all payments are made.
  • We cannot guarantee preferences such as location and/or ensuite options, but we will do our best. Most of our properties are within a 20-minute walk of Cork city center.
  • Rent starts from your arrival date, except in January and September, when rent payment starts on the 1st of the month. You can check in later, but payment counts from January 1st and/or September 1st.
  • Minimum stay: 4 weeks; Maximum stay: 6 months (extensions subject to availability).
  • Booking Fee:
    • Up to 3 months: €200/person.
    • Up to 6 months: €300/person.
  • If you are a student and wish to stay for an academic year, please provide proof from your school with the start and check-out dates.

1.6.2 Dublin: Residence Accommodation

Academic Year Bookings:

  • The academic year is divided into two terms:
    • 1st Term: September 1st – January 5th.
    • 2nd Term: January 5th – May 31st.
  • To book accommodation for the 1st term, you must pay a booking fee, 12 weeks' rent in advance, and a security deposit by the end of June (2 months before check-in). From mid-October, the remaining rent payment for your term is required.
  • For the 2nd term, you must pay a booking fee, 4 weeks' rent in advance, and a security deposit by the end of November (2 months before check-in). Rent payment for the second term is made every 4 weeks.
  • If booking for a full academic year, you can stay from September 1st to May 31st.

Summer Bookings (June–August):

  • To book accommodation during the summer months, you must pay a booking fee, 4 weeks' rent in advance, and a security deposit 1 month before your arrival. Rent is paid every 4 weeks.

1.6.3 Galway: Self-Catering Accommodation

  • To book accommodation, you must pay a booking fee, 4 weeks' rent (minimum stay), and a security deposit.
  • The booking is confirmed once all payments are made.
  • We cannot guarantee preferences such as location and/or ensuite options, but we will do our best.
  • Rent starts from your arrival date, except in January and September, when rent payment starts on the 1st of the month. You can check in later, but payment counts from January 1st and/or September 1st.
  • Minimum stay: 4 weeks; Maximum stay: 6 months (extensions subject to availability).

1.6.4 Cork, Dublin, and Valencia: Host Family Stays

  • This option is available if you book a study package that includes accommodation and a language course. You must book the same number of weeks for both.
  • To book the package, you must pay the total price in full.
  • The booking is confirmed once all payments are made.
  • We cannot guarantee preferences such as location. Most of our host families live in the surrounding areas.

1.7 Accommodation Agreement
You will be required to accept our Accommodation Agreement when making your payment.

1.8 Responsibility for Bookings
By booking a room or bed with EazyCity, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you book for additional guests (e.g., double, twin, or triple rooms), it is your responsibility to ensure they are aware of and agree to these terms. You are fully responsible for their compliance. Any breach of these terms, including by additional guests, may result in penalties or cancellation.

1.9 Third-Party Liability
EazyCity is not responsible for loss, delay, or accidents caused by third parties, such as language schools or accommodation providers. We act only as agents and cannot guarantee services provided by these third parties.

1.10 Price Changes
EazyCity reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. For rental rates, tenants will be given 28 days’ notice of any changes.

1.11 Responsibility for Damages
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you during your stay. Full payment for such damages/loss must be made immediately. If not, you will be held accountable for any claims against EazyCity as a result of your actions.

1.12 Health and Medical Conditions
If you have any illnesses, allergies, or disabilities, you must inform service providers (e.g., schools or other providers) before arrival.

1.13 Security Deposit

  • The security deposit in Cork, Dublin, and Galway is €300 (€100 for bookings made through a partner agent).
  • A €75 check-out fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded on your departure day if the property is left in the same condition. The property must be clean and in good condition.
  • Refunds will be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer only. Refunds are processed weekly and may take up to 21 days from the check-out date.

2. Internship Programme Booking

2.1 Applicants must be at least 18 years old (turning 18 by the start of the internship).

2.2 To book an unpaid internship in Ireland and Valencia, you must be a student at a school or university and provide a learning agreement.

2.3 To complete your application, we require:

  • An updated CV.
  • Half of the total amount.
  • A learning agreement from your school/university.
  • Three sectors where you wish to do the internship.
  • Your starting and finishing dates.

2.4 The completed application must be sent to EazyCity at least 6 weeks before the programme start date. Earlier submissions are highly recommended.

2.5 Applicants must ensure all information provided in the application form and CV is accurate. False information may compromise participation in the programme.

2.6 Payment Terms:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin processing your application.
  • The remaining 50% is due once an internship placement is found. Applications are not considered complete until the first payment is made.

2.7 Placement Process:

  • After the first payment, EazyCity will begin matching the applicant with a host company.
  • Once a potential match is found, you will receive general information about the company and a job description.
  • To confirm or schedule an interview, the second payment is required.

2.8 Placement Proposals and Interviews:

  • Applicants can refuse up to 3 placement proposals from EazyCity. After the 3rd refusal, the search will stop, and the amount will not be refunded.
  • If an applicant fails an interview, EazyCity will arrange interviews with other companies, with a maximum of 3 attempts allowed.
  • Applicants must provide 3 possible internship preferences, and EazyCity guarantees placement in one of these areas.

3. Language Course

When purchasing an English course online, it must be paid for in full. For some packages of 6 weeks or more, a 50% payment in advance is accepted, with the balance due 1 month before arrival. This arrangement must be pre-approved by an EazyCity team member and remains at the company's discretion.


4. Price Match Promise | Lowest Price Guarantee

EazyCity collaborates with a wide range of carefully selected quality language schools worldwide. We strive to offer the lowest price and best quality when you book with us.

  • If you are offered a better price for your language course, we will match it, provided it is with one of our partner schools.
  • Proof of quotation from the school or agency is required for a price match.
  • The comparison must include identical parameters: dates, type of course, and duration.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation of your booking must be made in writing via email booking@eazycity.com to EazyCity.

5.2 Bookings for Accommodation, Internships, and/or Language courses are non-refundable. However, for cancellations made with more than 28 days’ notice, EazyCity may offer the option to use monies paid as credit towards future bookings or transfer the credit to a friend. This option is at EazyCity’s discretion, and all credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.

5.3 If EazyCity cannot find a placement matching the agreed criteria, the first 50% instalment will be refunded in full. If a company match is found but the client cancels, no refund will be provided.

5.4 If a language school cancels or reschedules a course, your fees will be fully refunded.

5.5 If the client fails to attend all or part of a programme, no refund of fees will be made. In cases of serious medical issues with supporting documentation, EazyCity may issue a credit note, subject to case review.

5.6 Late arrivals or early terminations of a programme do not qualify for refunds.

5.7 Refunds (e.g., for deposits) are processed by bank transfer or credit card at EazyCity’s discretion and may take up to 14 days. Clients must provide accurate bank details for processing.

6. Online Booking Platform / Website

6.1 Our platform is available to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We recommend users aged 16–18 obtain parental permission before submitting information online.


7. Platform Access and Accuracy of Information

7.1 When registering, you will create a password to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for actions taken using your password. Report unauthorized access or security breaches immediately.

7.2 EazyCity is not liable for losses caused by failure to secure your password.

7.3 While we aim to provide accurate information, updates or changes in policies or services may occur.


8. Data Protection

8.1 We collect personal information you provide voluntarily when using EazyCity services.

8.2 When creating or updating your account, we collect details like your name, email address, and password. Additional information, such as year of birth, gender, or photos, may be collected for profile personalization. Payment details are securely handled by our payment processor.

8.3 Information from third-party partners or social networks linked to your account may be used to personalize your experience.

8.4 Emails and feedback forms collect your email address and submitted content. Email addresses may also be used for notifications, promotions, or service updates, with an option to opt-out.

8.5 EazyCity is not intended for individuals under 16. If discovered, their information will be deleted.


9. Complaints

9.1 Complaints can be submitted via our Customer Care Page: Customer Care Page.

9.2 Complaints must be lodged within 30 days of the incident.

9.3 EazyCity will handle complaints professionally and efficiently.

9.4 Issues will be escalated to branch or operations managers as necessary.


10. Conduct

10.1 Aggressive or abusive behavior toward EazyCity representatives or customers will result in immediate cancellation of bookings, with no refund of fees.

10.2 Compliance with Irish and EU laws is mandatory. Serious misconduct or legal violations will lead to immediate cancellation, with no refund or alternative arrangements provided.

10.3 Safety-related decisions by EazyCity representatives must be respected.

10.4 EazyCity is not responsible for actions by other customers that may affect your stay.


The above Terms & Conditions form the contract between EazyCity and the customer.

  • This contract is governed by Irish law, and legal issues will be addressed within the Irish judicial system.
  • By booking with EazyCity, you confirm agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
